At Avoor, with our commitment to quality we include a standard two-year warranty with all our products covering the structural and electrical components. For those seeking extended peace of mind, you have the option to purchase an additional two or five years of warranty coverage.
We take pride in the craftsmanship and design of our products, with the expectation that they will bring you a lifetime of satisfaction. However, it's important to note that natural materials, such as solid timber, may respond to environmental changes. Please be aware that the warranty does not encompass any issues with timber resulting from shifts in humidity, temperature fluctuations, or direct sunlight exposure, including movements, cracks, joint separations, or bowing.
We want to emphasise that any damage resulting from flooding or contact with water will nullify the warranty. In cases of a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. If the goods fall short of acceptable quality standards but do not constitute a major failure, we will take steps to repair or replace them.
This warranty excludes:

Consumable components, such as light bulbs, unless the failure is attributed to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Damage due to excessive wear and tear, scratches, burns, or glass breakage. Additionally, damage caused by the improper use of cleaning products is not covered.

Modifications, servicing, refurbishment, or resizing performed by individuals not representing Avoor.

Incidents involving spills on fabric or damage to hard surfaces (e.g., wood, acrylic, metal, or glass components).

Placement of products in unsuitable environments, such as outdoor or water-prone areas.

Damage resulting from unauthorised dismantling and reassembly.
To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide photographic evidence along with proof of purchase. We retain the right to investigate claims and will determine coverage at our discretion. Should your claim be approved, our technicians will handle repairs or replacements, with Avoor covering labour and parts expenses. In cases where the item is no longer available, we will provide an appropriate substitute. In the event of any disparities between this warranty and our Terms and Conditions, our Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
At Avoor, ensuring your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. We strongly recommend promptly inspecting delivered goods to verify their alignment with your quality and description expectations.

Damaged Goods
Should you believe that your purchase has incurred damage during transit or does not match the provided description, please contact us without delay. This includes:

Should your goods arrive in a damaged state, kindly get in touch with our team as soon as possible. We will facilitate either a replacement or refund for the affected items. It is important to return damaged goods in their original condition, inclusive of any packaging, accessories, and manuals.
To report a return or damage, please communicate with our team in writing, await our response, adhere to the provided instructions, securely pack the goods, and retain the original packaging to safeguard against further harm. Following the receipt and inspection of the goods at our warehouse, the value of the goods will be credited to your account.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed by Avoor utilising the same payment method employed for your initial purchase. They will be carried out after the goods have been received at our warehouse and subjected to inspection.
