At Avoor, we believe that great spaces happen when design, furniture and technology come together — and that this should never cost the earth. Our Buy-Back, Reuse & Technology Refresh Programme gives organisations a seamless way to:

  • refresh and modernise their environments,

  • integrate smart technology solutions,

  • and ensure existing assets are reused, refurbished or recycled responsibly.

How It Works...

1. Tell us what you have

Send us a list or photos of your current furniture and technology assets (for example: AV systems, digital signage, smart room controls). Our sustainability and tech-integration team will assess each item to determine its reuse, refurbishment or recycling potential.

2. Receive a buy-back offer

We’ll provide a fair valuation for items we can refurbish or rehome. For technology assets we can also propose upgrade paths (for example: smart room booking panels, interactive displays, AV gear) so your space becomes future-ready. The value can be:

  • Credited against your new Avoor furniture or tech solution order

  • Donated to a sustainability or educational cause

  • Offset against project installation, technology or transportation costs

3. Collection and logistics handled by Avoor
Our logistics team will collect and responsibly transport all items — saving you the cost, time, and environmental impact of traditional disposal methods.

4. Giving everything a a new life
Depending on the condition, items are:

  • Reused: Cleaned and rehomed in other education or community spaces

  • Refurbished: Reupholstered, repaired, or resprayed to look as good as new

  • Recycled: Broken down into components (metal, wood, plastic, fabric, electronics) for responsible recycling

  • Disposed responsibly: Any unavoidable waste, particularly e-waste, is processed through certified zero-to-landfill / zero-to-electronics-waste partners

What We Accept...

We accept most types of contract and commercial furniture and eligible technology assets, including:

  • Desks, tables, chairs, soft-seating, storage units, lockers

  • Meeting pods, informal booths, classroom and lab furniture

  • AV systems, interactive displays, digital signage, smart room sensors and controls

 

If an item can’t be reused or recycled, we’ll explain why — and ensure it’s processed through approved, environmentally responsible channels.
